Pacific Centre
ISPA partnered with TELUS to bring its next-generation retail vision to life at Pacific Centre, a flagship space that blends technology, nature, and design into one seamless, future-focused experience.
A redefined retail space built on innovation, sustainability, and connection.
TELUS turned to ISPA to redefine what a retail environment could be: less store, more interactive hub. Inspired by biophilic design, the Pacific Centre flagship combines organic forms, vertical greenery, and refined finishes that balance innovation with calm.
Every element was engineered with purpose: recycled materials, FSC-certified millwork, and modular fixture systems designed for long-term sustainability. The result is a retail experience that reflects TELUS’s evolution, a space that feels alive, intelligent, and unmistakably human.
