After more than 16 years of collaboration, ISPA partnered with TJX to bring a new HomeSense concept to life at Dorval. The goal was to modernize the brand’s in-store atmosphere while improving workflow and customer engagement.
By introducing a lighter wood reveal and optimizing fixture function, ISPA helped transform the space from subdued to inviting. The result? A warmer, more natural environment that encouraged customers to linger, explore, and imagine products in their own homes, driving a 15% increase in sales.
